Stuffed French Bread Breakfast

Ingredients

- 1 loaf french bread
- 1 lb breakfast sausage (your choice of flavour, i use sage)
- 8 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 slice loaf of bread in half lengthwise and hollow out. place removed chunks in a large bowl.
- 3 brown sausage, bacon, onion, and bell peppers in a large skillet; drain.
- 4 mix sausage mixture with bread chunks, milk and cheeses.
- 5 fill hollowed out loaf halves with sausage and bread mixture.
- 6 wrap halves in aluminum foil, and bake for 30-45 minutes.
- 7 slice to serve.
