The Perfect Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 slice mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice provolone cheese
  • 1 dash garlic salt, to taste (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 bring non-stick skillet to medium heat.
  • 2 spread mayo on one side of each piece of bread.
  • 3 place one piece of bread onto heated skillet, mayo side down.
  • 4 layer your two pieces of cheese.
  • 5 sprinkle a dash of garlic salt to taste (optional).
  • 6 top with remaining piece of bread, mayo side up.
  • 7 cook until golden brown on both sides.
  • 8 enjoy!
