The Perfect Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 1 slice mild cheddar cheese
- 1 slice provolone cheese
- 1 dash garlic salt, to taste (optional)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 bring non-stick skillet to medium heat.
- 2 spread mayo on one side of each piece of bread.
- 3 place one piece of bread onto heated skillet, mayo side down.
- 4 layer your two pieces of cheese.
- 5 sprinkle a dash of garlic salt to taste (optional).
- 6 top with remaining piece of bread, mayo side up.
- 7 cook until golden brown on both sides.
- 8 enjoy!
