Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 lb button mushroom
- 8 ounces boursin cheese (or any herbed cream cheese...rondele, etc)
- 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
- olive oil, as needed
Recipe
- 1 clean your mushrooms and take out the stem.
- 2 push a little scoop of cheese into each mushroom so it heaps out a little bit.
- 3 drizzle with olive oil.
- 4 sprinkle bread crumbs on the top of each one.
- 5 bake 20 minutes or as needed until warm and melty in a 350 oven.
- 6 when these are served right out of the oven, the first bite can be drippy -- so serve with napkins!
