Ingredients

- 6 tomatoes, medium, thickly sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/2-3/4 cup breadcrumbs, fresh buttered ideally
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
- 2 in a greased casserole dish, place one half of the tomatoes; sprinkle with half the salt, pepper, and chopped onion.
- 3 repeat layers.
- 4 cover with sour cream; sprinkle with dill and bread crumbs.
- 5 bake 25 minutes or until brown.
