Shoemaker Sticky Buns

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups milk
• 1/3 cup oil (but i use 2/3 cup canned pumpkin)
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 3/4 cups bread flour (or all-purpose)
• 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
• 1 large egg
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup whipping cream
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• chopped pecans (optional)
