Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
- Servings: 5
- 1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
- 3/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients thouroughly.
- 2 form 1/4 cup meat mixture into meatballs.
- 3 arrange 1/2 the meatballs around the edge of a dinner plate or large microwave safe plate.
- 4 microwave meatballs at 70% power 4 minutes 30 seconds.
- 5 turn over meatballs.
- 6 microwave at 70% power for 3 minutes.
- 7 repeat steps 3-6 with second half meatballs.
- 8 add meatballs to your favorite sauce.
