Super Moist Banana Bread

Ingredients

• 1 cup oleo, softened
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 5 large bananas, mashed
• 1 (4 ounce) box instant banana pudding mix
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Recipe

• 1 cream oleo and sugar.
• 2 add eggs and beat well.
• 3 add pudding (dry), then the bananas.
• 4 sift together the dry ingredients and add to mixture.
• 5 grease 2 large loaf pans and dust with sugar. bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for one hour. remove from pans and cool on wire racks.
