- 1 (15 ounce) can salmon, bones removed
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon italian breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 mix first 5 ingredients well.
- 2 shape into 4 patties.
- 3 heat oil in 12 inch skillet.
- 4 brown patties on each side over med-hi heat.
- 5 reduce heat to low and cook for 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
