Scalloped Corn

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, cut up
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons chopped onions
  • 1 (8 ounce) box jiffy brand cornbread mix
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients.
  • 2 bake at 350 degrees for 45 minute in greased, uncovered casserole.
