Scalloped Corn

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Recipe

  • 1 butter a 1 quart casserole.
  • 2 saute onion and green pepper in margarine or butter until tender.
  • 3 stir in remaining ingredients.
  • 4 pour into prepared casserole.
  • 5 bake at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes.
