Soutzoukakia

Ingredients

  • 500 g lamb, minced
  • 2 teaspoons cumin, ground
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix the cumin, salt and pepper into the meat and knead for a few minutes.
  • 2 take a heaped tbsp of meat and shape into oval ball. grill, turning so it browns evenly.
  • 3 serve as part of a meze with dips and bread. or serve with salad for a complete meal.
