Ingredients
- 500 g lamb, minced
- 2 teaspoons cumin, ground
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix the cumin, salt and pepper into the meat and knead for a few minutes.
- 2 take a heaped tbsp of meat and shape into oval ball. grill, turning so it browns evenly.
- 3 serve as part of a meze with dips and bread. or serve with salad for a complete meal.
