Ingredients

- 3 yellow squash, grated
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 12 ounces cottage cheese
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy cornbread mix
- 1/2 cup margarine
- onion, grated, to taste
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13" baking dish.
- 2 bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 35 minutes until firm in the middle.
