The Search Is Over Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

• 3 eggs, well beaten
• 1 cup sugar
• 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
• 3/4 cup salad oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 3 cups zucchini, shredded
• 3 cups flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 teaspoons cinnamon

Recipe

• 1 preheat 350 degree oven.
• 2 combine first five ingredients in large mixing bowl. mix well. stir in rest of ingredients blend well. pour into two greased 9 inch bread pans. bake for 60 -70 minutes or till done.
