Ingredients
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can salmon
- 1/4 cup flax seed, ground
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil, for frying
Recipe
- 1 mix all together, except for coconut oil. pat into patties. use about 1 tbsp oil per batch for frying over medium heat.
