Scalloped Pineapple

Ingredients

- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 10 slices bread, crust removed
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine, softened
- brown sugar
- cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugar.
- 2 add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- 3 grease a 13x9" glass baking dish and pour in mixture.
- 4 sprinkle liberally with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- 5 bake at 350 for 45 minute.
