Tasty Vegan Banana Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 1/4 cup soymilk
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (i use braggs)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 spray a bread pan with non-stick spray and reheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
  • 2 sift together flour, baking soda, salt, spices, and walnuts in a large mixing bowl.
  • 3 in the blender blend together margarine, sugars, bananas, soy milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanila.
  • 4 add the blended ingredients to the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix well.
  • 5 pour batter into the bread pan and bake for at least an hour. sometimes it may take 5 to 15 minutes longer, so make sure to keep an eye on it.
