Tasty Vegan Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup soymilk
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (i use braggs)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 spray a bread pan with non-stick spray and reheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 sift together flour, baking soda, salt, spices, and walnuts in a large mixing bowl.
- 3 in the blender blend together margarine, sugars, bananas, soy milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanila.
- 4 add the blended ingredients to the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix well.
- 5 pour batter into the bread pan and bake for at least an hour. sometimes it may take 5 to 15 minutes longer, so make sure to keep an eye on it.
