Thin Crust Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon yeast
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 proof yeast in water.
- 2 mix all ingredients and knead for 7 minutes.
- 3 place dough in bowl and cover with 1/2 teaspoon olive oil.
- 4 let double and do not punch down.
- 5 makes 3 - 9" pizzas. place airholes in dough with a fork before baking.
- 6 bake 6 minutes at 500 degrees.
- 7 then put on toppings or freeze.
- 8 after toppings - bake an additional 5-10 minutes at 500 degrees.
- 9 note: above is the orginial recipe. i make dough in bread machine on dough cycle. i always double this recipe so we have leftover pizza.
