This Is It !!! Healthy Bisquick Substitute That Tastes Great

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup oat bran flour (not absolutely necessary, but increases health qualities)
  • 1/2 cup dry buttermilk (i use safco...can be bought in most groceries, baking aisle)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or can substitute splenda)
  • 1 tablespoon butter-flavored sprinkles (i used butterbuds from spice aisle in grocery)
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingredients in food processor or electric mixer.
  • 2 slowly pour in the oil as the machine is running.
  • 3 scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
  • 4 mix thoroughly again.
  • 5 store in airtight container in the frig or freezer.
