This Is It !!! Healthy Bisquick Substitute That Tastes Great

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup oat bran flour (not absolutely necessary, but increases health qualities)
- 1/2 cup dry buttermilk (i use safco...can be bought in most groceries, baking aisle)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup sugar (or can substitute splenda)
- 1 tablespoon butter-flavored sprinkles (i used butterbuds from spice aisle in grocery)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients in food processor or electric mixer.
- 2 slowly pour in the oil as the machine is running.
- 3 scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
- 4 mix thoroughly again.
- 5 store in airtight container in the frig or freezer.
