Ingredients
- Servings: 5
- 1 quart canned tomato (home canned is good)
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1 1/2 cups dried bread, cubes
- 6 slices bacon
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients (except bacon) together and pour into a 1&1/2 quart baking dish.
- 2 lay bacon strips over top.
- 3 bake at 350°f for 45-50 minutes.
