Spicy Lamb With Pecans

Ingredients

- 12 ounces boneless lamb loin
- 1 egg
- 1 egg
- 2 -3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup toasted ground pecans
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
Recipe
- 1 cut loin crosswise into 4 equal slices.
- 2 pound between plastic wrap to 1/4 inch.
- 3 beat together egg, , mustard, red pepper in shallow dish.
- 4 mix bread crumbs& pecans together in second dish.
- 5 coat each piece of lamb in flour, then egg, then crumb mixture.
- 6 in a skillet over medium high heat cook until tender, turning once.
- 7 about 6-8 minutes.
- 8 serve topped with slices of your favorite chili pepper.
