Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 16 large mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, drained
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 remove stems from mushrooms and chop. sauté mushroom stems and garlic in butter until tender.
  • 2 stir in remaining ingredients, except mushroom caps. spoon spinach mixture into mushroom caps. bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until tender.
