Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

- 16 large mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, drained
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 remove stems from mushrooms and chop. sauté mushroom stems and garlic in butter until tender.
- 2 stir in remaining ingredients, except mushroom caps. spoon spinach mixture into mushroom caps. bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until tender.
