Tiny Marmalade Biscuits

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons soft butter
- 2 cups bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 cup cold water
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 425f.
- 2 mix marmalade and butter; spread in 8x8x2" baking pan.
- 3 stir baking mix and water to a soft dough.
- 4 gently smooth dough into a ball on floured cloth-covered board.
- 5 knead 5 times.
- 6 roll into 8" square; place on marmalade-butter mixture in pan.
- 7 pat dough evenly into corners; cut into 36 squares.
- 8 bake 15-20 min.
- 9 invert pan on serving plate.
- 10 biscuits will break off into small bite-size pieces.
- 11 serve warm.
- 12 3 dozen biscuits.
