Tiny Marmalade Biscuits

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 36
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons soft butter
  • 2 cups bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 425f.
  • 2 mix marmalade and butter; spread in 8x8x2" baking pan.
  • 3 stir baking mix and water to a soft dough.
  • 4 gently smooth dough into a ball on floured cloth-covered board.
  • 5 knead 5 times.
  • 6 roll into 8" square; place on marmalade-butter mixture in pan.
  • 7 pat dough evenly into corners; cut into 36 squares.
  • 8 bake 15-20 min.
  • 9 invert pan on serving plate.
  • 10 biscuits will break off into small bite-size pieces.
  • 11 serve warm.
  • 12 3 dozen biscuits.
