Ingredients

- 1 (6 ounce) can solid tuna packed in water, drained
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 4 english muffins, split and toasted
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine tuna, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, celery and onion; mix well.
- 2 spoon the mixture onto bottom halves of muffins. cover with top halves.
- 3 you may spread this tuna mixture on wraps, or on your favorite sandwich bread and rolls. enjoy!
