Spinach Crescent Squares

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 12 refrigerated crescent dinner rolls (one large & one small package)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
- 3 add garlic powder, then spinach and mushrooms.
- 4 separate dough into 6 rectangles on an ungreased baking sheet. seal seams by pinching dough.
- 5 place 1/2 cup mixture on each square.
- 6 pull 4 corners of dough to the top and twist to seal. seal edges by pinching.
- 7 brush with melted butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- 8 cook for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
