Swedish Scones

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour (215g)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup butter (50g)
  • 1/2 cup milk (1,5dl)

Recipe

  • 1 stir all the ingredients together, do not over mix.
  • 2 make 2 buns and cut them a little so you will get four pieces easy to tear apart out of each bun.
  • 3 bake at 425°f for 12 to 15 minutes.
