Tao Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 slices whole wheat bread (your choice)
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 3 -5 slices red onions
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 dash salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 spread mayo on bread.
  • 2 layer ingredients and enjoy!
