Tarragon Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup finely shredded zucchini
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- cooking spray
- 8 (1 1/2 ounce) hamburger buns
Recipe
- 1 preheat broiler.
- 2 combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. divide turkey mixture into 8 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty.
- 3 place patties on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 6 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked.
- 4 serve on hamburger buns with desired toppings.
