Tropical Medley

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups water
• 3 cups bread flour
• 2 tablespoons dry milk
• 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 cup mixed dried fruit
• 2 teaspoons fast rise yeast (or 3 tsp active dry yeast)

Recipe

• 1 place all the ingredients into your bread machine pan in the order suggested by your machines manual. mine is we first, dry on top.
• 2 bake as you would a bread or sweet bread (depending upon what your machine has). crust setting per your choice.
