Running Bars

Total Time: 41 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 26 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces vanilla-flavored soy yogurt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup dried craisin
  • 1/2 cup roasted almonds
  • 1/2 cup unsalted cashews
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 mix all ingredients.
  • 3 put into a non-greased 9x13 pan and bake for 26 to 32 minutes.
  • 4 cool completely on a wire rack.
  • 5 cut into 16 to 24 pieces and enjoy.
