Ingredients

- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 8 ounces vanilla-flavored soy yogurt
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups oats
- 1 cup dried craisin
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds
- 1/2 cup unsalted cashews
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 mix all ingredients.
- 3 put into a non-greased 9x13 pan and bake for 26 to 32 minutes.
- 4 cool completely on a wire rack.
- 5 cut into 16 to 24 pieces and enjoy.
