Spinach And Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

• 1 pie crust
• 1 (10 ounce) box frozen spinach
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
• 1/2-3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup skim milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 -2 slice american cheese

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 400.
• 2 defrost and drain spinach.
• 3 mix eggs, cottage cheese, bread crumbs, milk, salt and garlic powder. tear up cheese slices and add to mixture. add spinach.
• 4 bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
