- 1 slice multi grain bread or 1 slice rye bread
- 1 unpeeled apple, grated
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup or 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sugar-free chunky peanut butter

- 1 toast the bread. mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, and spread onto the toast.
