Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichokes, chopped
  • 8 ounces philadelphia cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • red pepper flakes

Recipe

  • 1 sauté onions in butter, adding ingredients while mixing and blending well after each addition. add ingredients in this order: spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, crushed red pepper flakes.
  • 2 remove from heat and put in crocks or microwave dish. top with monterey jack cheese and melt.
  • 3 serve hot with chips or bread.
