Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichokes, chopped
- 8 ounces philadelphia cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 sauté onions in butter, adding ingredients while mixing and blending well after each addition. add ingredients in this order: spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, crushed red pepper flakes.
- 2 remove from heat and put in crocks or microwave dish. top with monterey jack cheese and melt.
- 3 serve hot with chips or bread.
