Stonyfield's Zucchini Bread

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 beat eggs until foamy, then add sugar, oil, yogurt, cinnamon and zucchini and mix well.
  • 3 in a separate bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
  • 4 add dry ingredients slowly into yogurt mixture and mix until moist.
  • 5 pour into two greased and floured 9x5x13-inch loaf pans.
  • 6 bake for 40-45 minutes. loaves should be golden brown on top when done.
