Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise (or mayo substitute if freezing)
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 (15 ounce) can peas and carrots or 1 (15 ounce) can carrots, drained
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 14 ounces tuna, drained (or 2 6oz cans)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 mix all moist ingredients and spices.
- 3 open canned ingredients, mix gently, then add to moist mixture.
- 4 bake in casserole dish for 20-30 minutes.
