Salami And Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 slices multigrain bread (1-inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced salami
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce leaf

Recipe

  • 1 place bread slices on a work surface.
  • 2 spread mayonnaise equally on half of the bread slices.
  • 3 arrange salami, cheese and lettuce equally over mayonnaise.
  • 4 cover with remaining bread slices, pressing gently together.
