- 8 slices multigrain bread (1-inch thick)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces thinly sliced salami
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup romaine lettuce leaf
Recipe
- 1 place bread slices on a work surface.
- 2 spread mayonnaise equally on half of the bread slices.
- 3 arrange salami, cheese and lettuce equally over mayonnaise.
- 4 cover with remaining bread slices, pressing gently together.
