Sugar Free Banana Bread

Total Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 3/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe

  • 1 mash bananas, add sugar and eggs.
  • 2 sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
  • 3 add to banana mixture.
  • 4 pour into greased and floured loaf pan. bake at 325°f for 1 hour.
