Ingredients

- 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans black-eyed peas
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup green olives, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 3 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve with blue corn chips (although in our family we prefer to eat it on crispbread crackers)!
