Toasted Greek Salad Club

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 flat pita bread rounds, halved horizontally and toasted
  • 1 (7 ounce) container hummus
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 yellow sweet pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1/2 of a english cucumber, sliced
  • 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup oregano leaves
  • 1/4 cup greek salad dressing

Recipe

  • 1 spread 8 pita halves with hummus.
  • 2 layer four of the spread slices with romaine, tomato,and sweet pepper slices.
  • 3 top with four spread pita halves, hummus side up.
  • 4 layer cucumber, feta cheese and fresh oregano.
  • 5 drizzle with greek dressing.
  • 6 top with remaining pita halves.
  • 7 serve with home made chips!
