Toasted Greek Salad Club

Ingredients
- 6 flat pita bread rounds, halved horizontally and toasted
- 1 (7 ounce) container hummus
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 yellow sweet pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1/2 of a english cucumber, sliced
- 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup oregano leaves
- 1/4 cup greek salad dressing
Recipe
- 1 spread 8 pita halves with hummus.
- 2 layer four of the spread slices with romaine, tomato,and sweet pepper slices.
- 3 top with four spread pita halves, hummus side up.
- 4 layer cucumber, feta cheese and fresh oregano.
- 5 drizzle with greek dressing.
- 6 top with remaining pita halves.
- 7 serve with home made chips!
