Tuna Cheese Melts

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 8 slices light rye bread
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 slices american cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
Recipe
- 1 combine sour cream and garlic salt and spread on one side of each slice of bread.
- 2 in another bowl, combine the tuna and mayo and spread on four slices of bread.
- 3 top with cheese and the remaining slice of bread.
- 4 melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat and add two sandwiches at a time.
- 5 lightly brown both sides of bread until cheese is melted.
